Chrysoprase Teardrop Samatha Necklace

Samatha translates as “tranquility of the mind” and is a meditation practice that involves single-pointed focus. The pieces in my Samatha collection have been created to remind whomever wears them to redirect their attention to a single thing, such as their breath. I will include a note with each item with a little, simple Samatha meditation that can be practiced whenever you gaze upon your jewels.

This apple green teardrop shaped chrysoprase gemstone has been set in sterling silver and hangs as a pendant from a 22” chain. This is a one of a kind necklace but please leave a message in the comments box at checkout if you’d like the chain in a different length.
