Christmas Order Dates

My last order dates for U.K. orders to arrive in time for Christmas is 9th December

If you’re London-based, you are also welcome to pick up any orders from my Brick Lane studio up until Christmas Eve, by appointment.

These dates are based on Royal Mail guidelines. All of my items will be sent with Special Delivery in the UK, so the dates are very reliable. With international orders it’s best to order as early as possible to avoid any customs delays. Please get in touch if you’d like a quote for a courier if you’ve left it later than the recommended date.

Any bespoke/custom orders needed in time for Christmas must be finalised by 14th November.

Shipping & Returns

Sadly, due to new regulations, I am not shipping to the EU for the forseeable future.

Shipping is 5-10 working days from ordering. All of my jewellery is handmade by me and gold vermeil pieces are sent to a professional gold-platers who give my pieces a high quality vermeil plating. I do often have many pieces ready made in stock though, so please do check if something can be sent earlier. Silver pieces can be sent earlier than gold vermeil jewellery, so please make sure to order in good time if you are ordering a gold vermeil piece for a specific date.

All of my real gold rings are shipped within 4/5 weeks of ordering as they are made to order in your size and sent for hallmarking, which takes a week.

All jewellery sent in branded boxes. 

Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Email me via the contact page to request return details.

No refunds on bespoke or made-to-order pieces of jewellery.

U.S Tariffs

From 29 August 2025, the United States introduced new import rules that apply duties to all goods arriving from the UK (previously only orders over $800 were affected). To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, the 10% import duty is added at checkout, so there will be no hidden fees or surprise customs charges.

Your parcel will travel from London via Royal Mail and then be delivered by USPS within the United States. In some cases, local state sales tax may still be requested by USPS before delivery.

Because of the new customs procedures, deliveries may occasionally take a little longer than usual as United States customs gets used to this new arrangement. If you’re ordering for a wedding, celebration, or other special moment, please allow a little extra time so your jewellery arrives in perfect time. Contact me before ordering if you would like to upgrade your delivery to a faster courier service.
