Turquoise Round Samatha Ring - 9ct Gold & Silver

Samatha translates as “tranquility of the mind” and is a meditation practice that involves single-pointed focus. The pieces in my Samatha collection have been created to remind whomever wears them to redirect their attention to a single thing, such as their breath. I will include a note with each item with a little, simple Samatha meditation that can be practiced whenever you gaze upon your jewels.

This beautiful round Kingman turquoise gemstone has been set in a recycled 9ct yellow gold bezel which is backed by sterling silver and sits on a silver band. The stone and detail are around 22mm in height and 16mm wide.
